2004-2008: PhD
in new church ecclesiology at the Oxford
Centre for Mission Studies. This is the study
centre for the International Federation of Mission Theologians,
and its degrees are accredited through Wales University.
You can see my rather outdated
application here which I don't
necessarily agree with any more - it is nearly three years
old! Hopefully I will finish in 2008.
2001-2004: Master of Christian Studies
at Regent College, Vancouver. You can read about the course
I did here.
1996-2001: Director of Passion for Camden
Town, North London, a new church in North London.
1989-1996: Leader of a church planting
project in Deptford, South London with Ichthus
Christian Fellowship.
1988-1989: An early member and worker with
City Gates Church, Soho, my first experience of church planting.
1987-1988: Pastoral Assistant at Holy
Trinity Church, Cambridge (one year): mainly cleaning,
visiting, and learning Greek!
